This is a ten acre ranch in new cuyama. San Luis Obispo county. We grew 1 out door season successfully & 3-4 indoor grows. There is two 30 plus ft storage containers that we used to cure, but they can also be used for indoor growing. The airplane hanger can also be retrofitted to grow indoor. The house is a 3 bedroom two bathroom. There is a 1 bedroom guest house and a pool house, and you guessed it a good sized pool. There were some upgrades in the living and dining room & a new front gate and they traveled the road coming in. The house is tucked back and very private. Never had any unexpected visitors. There is a 25k reverse osmosis system that was put in one of the sheds. There was close to 100k spent towards a cultivation license on the property but a fallout with investors led to a pause on the process.
