10,000 sqft GREENHOUSE

This is the top-of-the-line unit with all the bells and whistles. It comes with a full black out and shade cloth curtains. It also has a wet wall and the best polycarbonate on the market from the German company Bayer. Looking to move it ASAP to create cash flow for another project. Price is negotiable. We paid $250,000 for it but am willing to let it go cheaper because we were lucky enough to partner with a greenhouse that’s already fully setup so this one became expendable. I need to create cash flow for a large project we are working on.
