This is a 10,000 square foot 4-bay greenhouse, each bay is 22′ wide by 114′ long. The headhouse is a 2,800 square foot building that houses a mother room, clone room, dry room, processing room, security, office, bathroom and shipping/receiving area. The property is serviced by three-phase electrical, 2400 amp exterior pad-mounted transformer and 1200 amp service into the building. Greenhouse equipment consists of (8) Reznor 125k BTU heaters, 135 ceramic metal halide infinitely variable supplemental lights, 24 horizontal fans, 80 4’x16′ flood tables, (8) 900-pint commercial dehumidifiers, plumbed for bulk tank CO2. Greenhouse walls have 2″ spray foam insulation and 42′ frost wall foundation to maintain climate. Greenhouse requires the following to complete the environment: shade/blackout cloth, air conditioning, watering system. Estimated cost to complete is $400k; Consumers Energy has rebates to offset these costs. Each cultivation room in the headhouse has an AC split unit can be set to a programmed temp and humidity. Equipment includes 2 trimming machines, 2 bucking machines, and miscellaneous equipment. Every entrance and room has keycard access to control individual employee or group access to each room. Building has 72 cameras as required to meet security requirements and a Honeywell security system. Comes with all furniture, fixtures and equipment currently onsite.
