18 acres in Beverly, Wa is the greenhouse facility that consists of ten
greenhouses that are each 4000sf, for just under an acre of growing space.
Structures are low maintenance and extremely durable steel and fabric
construction with concrete footing and sand floors. The site is zoned for cannabis
or industrial hemp production, but can be used for many different specialty crops.
The set up is ideal for seed propagation or highly efficient year-round growing
with supplemental light, heating and cooling–fueled by the lowest cost electricity
in the country.
Each greenhouse comes with a 12’ grade level door and has 480V of power with a
separate transformer and motorized breakers. Each house also has Shafer fans for
cooling, 480,000 BTU heaters, aqua mats, and a water wall for cooling (similar to a
swamp cooler). Each greenhouse also has 96 Ushio lamps and fans for circulation.
The property has 3000 amps of power, a 5500 galloon water tank that feeds a
pumphouse with 2 holding tanks with filtration. There is a Cummings-Onan
Generator that is 3-phase with 35KW of power. Underground cabling for exterior
lights and security cameras throughout the fully fenced facility. There is also some
Ellis machinery for automated potting up and coco coir processing that can be
added to the sale.
