This is the perfect place to farm. 5 minutes from the local grocery/hardware store and at the same time completely private at the end of a dirt road behind two locked gates and only a few neighbors that don’t mind what you farm. 

3 greenhouses on the property, one 3k sqft, one 1k sqft, and one 800sq ft. All need minor maintenance and new plastic. Large one is setup for automated light depo and will include the motors and misc hardware. 

All greenhouses have raised beds with organic living soil in them that has been well taken care of. It’s been tested yearly and then the appropriate amount of nutrients are top dressed with compost yearly. We have test results and professional analysis for each garden area. Outdoors we have 4 garden tiers on a south facing hill that gets maximum sunlight, each tier has 20 pots – pots are 700 gallon and 250 gallon size. A total of 80 large pots and about 50 smaller pots make up the outdoor part of the farm. Again soil analysis will be provided. 

All the soil on the farm is organic living soil with about 12% biochar added which increases yields a solid 5-10%!!! The soil has been amended and tested every year for the past 5 years. You won’t find another farm with soil this good. You will just need to provide water for the plants – no bottled nutrients will be necessary and will save you thousands of upfront costs! 

All irrigation has been setup and it’s ready to farm. Two 2500 gallon tanks feed the outdoor section, one 1k gallon tank provides water for the large greenhouse and another 1k gallon tank provides water for the smaller two greenhouses. 

Two separate wells on site with plumbing to the irrigation tanks.
