In the fall, I plan to lease 30-acres of my registered industrial hemp farm. We are licensed and registered with the County and state of California. We have 30-acre excess that may be lease if we can find the right person or company. You can drill a well with our permission or buy water from us. You can get electricity for irrigation since electricity on the property. The land has not been previously used so it is 100% organic. The land will be available in late summer/early fall.
For lease over 3-years, we will consider allowing permanent construction, however, it would be a land lease so the building(s) or any added improvements would stay with the current owner. The owner would consider building a 2,500 square foot metal building for a $7,500/month rent.
