The major remaining costs are HVAC, interior electrical work, and equipment. Subcontractors are engaged with deposits and can be transferred to the new owner.

There is also an 17,200 ft2 Atlas greenhouse with 336 lights is on site, but it is not fully erected. Unit cost us over $500K. Site prep work has been done and main poles have been grounded with concrete. Still needs concrete pad and assembly.
