Heating and Cooling – The 5000 sq warehouse has two 5 Ton HVAC units and two 2 Ton Mini-splits. Each greenhouse is equipped with four 150,000 BTU propane heaters (600,000 BTU) per greenhouse. There are six 1000 gallons propane tanks that are linked together and equipped with a vaporizer to increase pressure in the colder months maximizing propane efficiency. The tanks are owed, not rented, which allows for price shopping.
License and Business Operations – Previously approved and licensed for multiple state and local marijuana licenses: Medical & Retail OPC (cultivation), Medical & Retail Marijuana Infused Products (MIP or processor) and for a CUP Medical Marijuana Center on site.
