The key here is that the transformer is already installed, which is a large part of the cost and battle of adding power. Phase II adds another 40,848 SF of Cannabis production space, and by the completion of Phase III the center will be an approximate 81,190 SF Cannabis cultivation/manufacture / distribution facility entitled and authorized by a local CUP.

Complete with kitchen (kitchen is optional and plans with or without the kitchen are available), volatile and non-volatile extraction pods and the capacity to have approximately 36,800 SF of cultivation canopy which is projected to produce approximately 25,750 lbs a year. And approximately 39,000 SF of canopy which has the potential to produce approximately 27,300 lbs a year, if you do not build out the kitchen. It’s difficult to project income as the market prices vary and there is a bountiful opportunity to produce products and extract for your brand as well as white label for other brands. Most of the heavy lifting has been done here to obtain the cannabis CUP and building entitlements.
