UPDATE: I have been getting a lot of inquiries on this property. I decided to include additional information below. I know this is a fantastic opportunity for someone. I have spent a lot of time and money to get to this point and I am confident it is ready for someone to come in and turn a large profit. These plans are written by an experienced cannabis operative. The predictions show $3.8M in gross revenue within 10 months and over $1M in EBITDA. This is only using the immediate area surrounding the property. NJ has 21 currently opened and licensed dispensaries. This is truly a rare opportunity. I attached a survey, architectural plans, a parking concept, and our budget. This property has a surplus of parking. It is well capable of supporting a delivery service and curbside pickup on top of the normal dispensary customer flow. Our goal with this location was to maximize the use of the space while maintaining a low overhead. With this set-up, the dispensary is positioned properly for a high profit margin.
