Only $25k per acre up-front total cost and investment; with 75% of crop product going to investor and 25% of product retained by Farm. Farm shall provide all farming operation services from seed to harvest. Investor shall direct how its 75% of crop product is managed from genetics to quality.

640 Acres Farm is situated in the San Joaquin Valley near Mendota, CA in Fresno County with an ideal microclimate for growing hemp. Planting must begin August for full harvest this Fall 2019. Now’s the time to get “in” on this historic first season of California Industrial Hemp with proven, professional San Joaquin Valley Big Ag Hemp Farmer.
Please note, only 320 acres of the total 640 acres will be certified as organic*, so don’t wait to choose your farming plot as its first come first served.
Crop Insurance: Investor’s option to obtain crop insurance on its acreage contracted for under the Custom Farming Agreement with Farm.
Genetic Options: Investor‘s option to furnish their own Hemp Seeds, Seedlings or Clone genetics upon approval of Farm. Seeds, Seedlings or Clones must be certified compliant Industrial Hemp in California with minimum 95% feminization. The Farm can also provide premium genetics for investors who do not wish to furnish their own genetics, seeds or clones.
Backend Options: Options are available to contract for harvesting, processing and sales of hemp flower and biomass produced by Farm.
* Certified Organic: 320 of 640 acres in process to be Certified Organic by CCOF.
