We are putting a $700,000 valuation for an outright purchase. We may consider purchase/payment options depending on qualification.

A partner/investor could own as much as 90% of their “use” based on “buy in” amount, after which they would be responsible for all of the conditions in our lease on a pro rata basis. Partner/investors must have funding to “buy in” as well as fully fund their build out and pay first and last months expenses plus security deposit.

The current legal owner is an applicant and eligible for a desirable “Equity”  permit from the city of Oakland. Our Collective and LLC were established before January 2015 which qualifies us for priority state licensing (SB94 Laws (MAUCRSA)).

Investor/partners may have the option to operate under our permit.

In an outright purchase, there may also be additional value and options to work within our permit and or existing legal status.
