Cannabis Complaint Property for Sale or Lease in Paso Robles

I have twenty four acres of land east of Paso Robles with a 12 acre vineyard that is property that meets all of the county requirements for cannabis cultivation. There are no structures on the property but there is a great well and single and three phase power at the grow site. This property is mostly flat with a great area to grow with removing grapes. I am looking to enter into a lease agreement with an option to purchase. Lease terms are $3500 a month and a percentage of the net income. Sales price is $900K with owner financing available.
