We are a successful cultivation business in a Northern California that is in the process of investing in a Cannabis Microbusiness in a Northern California city. By the end of 2019 we will have distribution, manufacturing, and non-storefront retail (delivery) in one location, and cultivation in our current facility that is home for a 750 sqft canopy indoor grow operation, with plans to increase it to 2500 sqft by the end of 2020.
We are offering 1/3 partnership to qualified candidate or couple, in exchange for (1) a buy in of approximately $800,000, and (2) commitment to work along side the two current partners of the business. The current partners have skillsets and employees covering cultivation and manufacturing, and are making this partnership offer to those who can fill in the remaining functions.
Qualifications for our ideal candidate(s) include: ability to successfully plan and launch brand, research and put together packaging, manage marketing and sales, and help run a distribution facility. A good knowledge of state regulations and a commitment to remain compliant are also a prerequisite. The new partner(s) MUST be ready to make this business their full time vocation! We are NOT interested in capital investors at this time.
Projections for shareholder (partner) equity are extremely favorable, and sale value of the business within five years will amount in the multi-millions of dollars.
