I have stock in a registered hemp operation that I would like to sell. It is registered with the state and county, we don’t have a “license” per say in our jurisdiction. The total acreage available to plant is 28 acres.  The Farm is 60 acres total. This is our first year so we only planted what we thought we could handle @6 acres. Currently planted  @ 12,000-14,000 high CBD plants to be harvested this year.

880 GPM well, PH is 6.4 regularly,

8000 sq. ft metal building shop with cement floors, roll-up doors, offices, etc.

All irrigation lines are in and operational.

The Transplanter, mulch machine are paid in full. The tractors, discs, etc. used in the operation are owned by the main stakeholder, all we have to do is maintain them for the use. The major stakeholder covers the right to use the property. It’s family owned and has been in the family for 40 plus years.

Silent partners or active partners.

$50,000 for 10% or $100,000 for 20%. I would prefer to sell only 10% but I understand some people might require more ownership.
