$20,000 LEASE REDUCTION if paid in full by March 31st, 2021.
69.14 acres, mostly sandy loam soils located about an hour north of Denver and 25 miles east of the Rocky Mountain Foothills.
Had some of Colorado’s highest yielding and quality CBD hemp crop in 2019. We grew corn for silage in 2020 to assist with future weed control and to break any insect and disease cycles. And now available for the 2021 crop. Colorado has very low humidity, so mold on plants is never/rarely a concern.
The SDI (sub-irrigation) system is fed with water from the Rocky Mountains. Delivery of water is typically during early/mid May through mid-September. Occasionally into October. The tape is approximately 14 inches deep and lines 60 inches apart. According to specs, we can apply 0.7 inch of water in 12 hours. Takes 48 hours to get across the 69+ acres and applying the 0.7 inch of moisture. There is a liquid fertilizer pump included for injecting only high quality nitrogen to the roots of the plants’ roots.
The lease price includes basic land preparation prior to planting, along with all electricity, water and labor for irrigation. Support equipment and services may be available on a local basis, contracted separately.
