We work carefully with you, the owner, and/or grower, and the MEP team, to help design a grow facility that maximizes your crop’s potential; and have a building that just works.  Our office can help with warehouse conversions, remodels, expansions, new buildings, and new site development.  We bring 25+ years of architecture experience to each of our projects.

The grow environments require careful design considerations.  We work with the client, grower, and the MEP team to create an optimized environment for each grow space.  The MEP team (mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineers) can be a team you work with already, or we can help bring these consultants onboard, as needed.

The architecture portion of a project requires that the site and building meet not only the client needs, but also meet the governing building codes in order to obtain a building permit for the new work.  We can take care of this and also coordinate the work of any other engineers or consultants.

Additionally, we can help with the design and layout of any new retail/ dispensary  areas of your project.
