We have 20,000 sq’ licensed cultivation in Anderson Valley for Lease, or lease option to buy. The property is 180 acres, 30 minutes off the 128 at the end of the road. There are three landings with 3 Large greenhouses and dozens of hoop houses with pots, soil, and irrigation set up. The property is on a well but off-grid. We use generators for power when we need it. The top landing requires a 4×4 to access from the steep slope of the road. We have a port o potty company that provides services for us there as well. There are two large hoop house drying sheds set up for both licenses, and a container to store supplies.

Given the license are in our name, and Mendocino does not allow the transfer of license names quite yet, we will have to remain the license owners until the end of 2022 when we can change it if the person interested in wanting to buy them.

Note: there will be a management agreement between the Leasee and our company agreeing to operate in compliance with state law for the two licenses. We also can offer clones for property come spring, as our nursery is also in Mendo.
