We are selling our license, as well as all related equipment for cultivation as a turn key facility. Fully licensed through the OMMA and OBNDD, and the building is fully compliant with both national and city code, as we had to bring it up. This also includes all ADA accessibility.
Electrical is 3 phase 400amp with the ability to add a second 42 breaker panel for any expansion.
Water costs are factored into rent and split with the tenant in an adjacent space.

Currently the room is only permitted for non co2 usage, though this is a relatively low cost addition, we just lost so much money in the buildout process and waiting on permitting and licensure that we couldn’t continue to move sadly, which is what has led us to the sale of the property. We just dont have the capitol needed to continue moving, and never were able to get past our start up accordingly.
The mother room and prop room is all brick with concrete ceilings, and would make for a good cold storage room or room for a processsors license.

the rent rate is roughly $7 per sqft, and with triple net and water included, comes out to an average of $3700 per month with two years and 4 months remaining on the lease, and the property owner is very flexible and easy to work with.

Additionally, and only if purchasing party is interested, our lead of cultivation is also willing to stay and work the facility under the right circumstances.
