Large grow facility
Located (30 miles Southeast of Norman) in Pottawatomie County Oklahoma. Facility (grow) has been operational since 2019. This grow is fully staffed and running very efficiently.
We started with one building, approximately 8500 square feet and then built a additional 10,000 square foot building. If the new owner chooses, this new building is designed for a upper level to be added.
With a total of 10 flower rooms independently controlled and completely isolated from one another, harvests are regular. Rooms are equipped with 1000 watt DE HPS fixtures.
This town is very cannabis friendly! Compliance paperwork is very simple with zero dollars for renewal fees.
We have all three licenses at this location but can easily be transferred if need be.
We are open to carry a portion of the note or a possible joint venture with the right group.
