Description:
The farm is an automated, Class A fully operational improved and permitted/licensed farm on 40+ acres located near the Ruth’s Lake/Dinsmore area. We have two cultivation licenses for 39,160 sf grow; Tier 2 – Mixed Light (6,720 sf) and Medium Outdoor (32,440 sf). Other improvements and features include:
- Cannabis Operation Facility; 2-story 3,500 sf commercial building fully fixturized, furnished, plumbed, sprinklered with 400 amps+ power.
- Three greenhouses; (a) 2,700 sf automated Forever Flowering – Northern Latitude Greenhouse with WIFI and AgroTek program, electrical, fans, lighting and irrigation and (b) two 2,000 sf hoophouses with golden arms, electrical set-up/fixtures and subpanel, fans, and currently with 15-gallon pots. Built for high winds as on ridgeline.
- Automated ag well with solar panels as back-up power. Also, 25,000 gallons of irrigation-water storage tanks and underground irrigation delivery systems and a 3,500-gallon potable water tank with purifying systems/pump house. We plan on connecting three additional 5,000-gallon water tanks to the ag well with filtration systems for irrigation purposes situated near the greenhouses (the 3 tanks are on-site already).
- PG&E service for 1200 amps; 480v; 3-phase power with service recently installed/obtained. Underground conduits and lines installed with OSHA signage/bollards.
- Numerous generators including 72kw as back-up power for commercial building and numerous smaller generators between 2,000kw and 9,000kw. Compliant concrete pad for 72kw.
- One 1,500 gallon LP tank serviced locally with underground lines to heat the cannabis facility and greenhouses.
- Ten metal containers and junior barns (approx. 2,200 sf total) for harvesting, drying and storage.
- A California Pacific 480 sf Yurt that may be used for storage, processing and/or staff breaks.
- Dedicated nutrient system and shed with automated dositrons etc. and underground irrigation systems and equipment.
- A skidsteer with attachments, two ATVs, RV, and fully equipped farm with ff&e to operate including tools, ladders, grow/harvest materials, extra irrigation system supplies Etc. etc.
