We have three licenses: cultivation, distribution, and infusion. The distribution and infusion lab is 2600 square feet and fully built out. The cultivation has one side built out and operating and one side about 85% done with buildout. Total square footage is 20,600 square feet. Current operation is 9000 square feet with 108 lights. There is 5 flower rooms, 2 vegetative rooms, and 1 pre flip room. The room light count is the following:

We are harvesting close to 60-80lbs a month depending on strain. We just finished our $400k power upgrade. We are building out an additional 10k square feet with 4 flowering rooms consisting of 52 lights and 20 tons of A/C plus dehumidifiers. With the expansion, we will be yielding +250lbs per month. All lights, air conditioners, fans, and dehumidifiers have been purchased and are awaiting installs. We are looking for partner to buy 20% at 500k or the whole operation for 2m.
