Currently have a facility in Vancouver and a Licensed Dealer application in the “Ready to Build” stage. This has approved GMP designed facility with a Level 9 security plan. Contractors for the build have already been compensated. Approved compounds on the list are :

Once built out the company will have the ability to have possession, production of base substance materials, sale (includes distribution of sale), sending, transportation and/or delivery, laboratory analysis & import/export of said compounds.
The company has been working with producing a GMP method involving yeast to manufacture Psilocybin through biosynthesis, this will give the company the ability to produce these compounds for a fraction of the cost, in a fraction of the time than conventional methods. This will enable the company generate revenue by high profit margins compared to conventional methods as well as the ability to license the technology to beneficial JV/Partnership opportunities. Patent has been filed for this technology and it is scalable.
The company also has an opportunity to take part in a Harm Reduction program already well underway to provide needed products to pharmacies helping people with safe supply in order to reduce the dependance of toxic street drugs.
There is also and opportunity for sales channels into Australia for psychedelics such as MDMA and Psilocybin
Looking to raise $3,500,000 (cdn) in order to buildout the facility / lab, operational costs and to further research and scalability of the biosynthesis project.
