Pursuant to Long Beach Municipal Code Chapter 5.92, verified as an Equity Business Applicant for the CITY OF LONG BEACH Cannabis Social Equity Program June 4, 2019.

PROJECT IS CURRENTLY NON-OPERATIONAL

CITY OF LONG BEACH Cannabis Social Equity Direct Grant Program Pre-Application Milestone A: Equity Status Verification completed and $5K funded August 17, 2020. Pre-Application Milestone B: Equity Workshop not scheduled prior to July 23, 2020 and $5K Direct Grant forfeited. Pre-Application Milestone B completed virtually, September 24, 2020.

The company was advised October 28, 2020, by The Office of the City Manager, Office of Cannabis Oversight-Marijuana Enforcement that there were Cannabis Business Direct Grants available for;

Milestone #1: Cannabis Business License Application Review

Milestone #2: Completion of Conditional Use Permit (CUP) or Administrative Use Permit (AUP) Process

Milestone #3: Submittal of Facility Architectural Plans

Milestone #4: Issuing of Building Permit

Milestone #5: Final Building Sign-Off or Issuance of Certificate of Occupancy

Milestone #6: Issuance of Cannabis Business License

These remaining Milestones total $135K!

This initial Offering is to secure $25K (or equivalent value) in exchange for 1% equity (up to a total 10% share) in our entity that holds the licenses and all the company’s assets. These assets will be allocated to expedite the following;

Milestone #1: Cannabis Business License Application Review-MAJOR ROAD BLOCK NO PHYSICAL  LOCATION

Milestone #2: Completion of Conditional Use Permit (CUP) or Administrative Use Permit (AUP) Process

Milestone #3: Submittal of Facility Architectural Plans-FACILTY DESIGN IN PROCESS

Upon completion of these milestones and an evaluation of the company’s progress an investor will have an option to cash out with a minimum ROI of 15% from the associated Direct Grants

From our experience and historical data we project these projects to earn a perpetual ROI for investors of between 15-25%, year after year.

UNCLE PAULI CONCENTRATES, LLC’s manufacturing equipment was designed and developed by a group of Northern California cannabis growers, in an effort to produce large quantities of high quality live rosin without using solvents or CO2. 

UNCLE PAULI CONCENTRATES, LLC has planned usage for their cannabis products by offering and providing highly specialized, organically grown and processed cannabis products. Initially, UNCLE PAULI CONCENTRATES, LLC will offer and provide their products as a cultivator, manufacturer, and distributor specializing in the most exotic cannabis strains available from other small City Of Long Beach Cannabis Social Equity licensed cultivators and distributors. In order to establish and market their Brand, will apply for cultivation, solvent-less mechanical extraction, and distribution licenses. Until their own line of cultivated cannabis flowers can be developed, UNCLE PAULI CONCENTRATES, LLC will rely on purchasing cannabis flowers from other City Of Long Beach Cannabis Social Equity Program cultivators. 

UNCLE PAULI CONCENTRATES, LLC will plans to expedite their product line, at such time their Cultivation license is approved, by purchasing the highest quality clones from other City Of Long Beach Cannabis Social Equity Program members. Ultimately, with control of all stages of plant growth cycles, can have perpetual, sustainable, predictable harvest and cure cycles to support all aspects of their manufacturing requirements.
