– Flower room 2 is 1700sqft with ability for 80,000 watts, with 8x titan 8 light controllers, and has 2x 15 ton units (30 tons total) of customized for growing brand new never used Carrier HVAC (with heat). It has 6 custom rolling benches from GGS that range from 40’-44’ long and area all 4.5’ wide, has power and outlets for several quest 335 dehumidifiers, several carbon filters with inline fans, and wall and ceiling fans. The room is plumbed for automatic irrigation and has 3 hose bibs for hand feeding or flushing if needed.  There is a designated area in this room where the permitted Co2 will be setup through Green Co2 (contract in place) and will pump Co2 to both F1 & F2, please request our Green Co2 contract to view our current agreement and special pricing based on estimated usage.

12.5 ton and 15 ton RTU’s:
The RTU’s (HVAC) are a total of 4 units, 2x 12.5 tons and 2x 15 tons = 55 tons total.  These units are a brand new technology designed specifically for indoor cultivation from Carrier HVAC, already rated the best manufacturer of HVAC for cultivations, this new technology has super low temp ambient kits installed so they can run throughout the winter without issue, and all have special mold, spore, mildew and germ killing ionizers built into each individual unit.

Small Building/Veg:
-This building is one big open space approximately 1650sqft with over 15’ ceilings, with 3x 5 tons of HVAC (one of which has Heat) for a total of 15tons of HVAC.  It has power and outlets for lights, wall fans, quest 335 dehumidifiers, and several carbon filters with inline fans. It has 20x drain tables all 4×8 and 4 titan controllers that hold 12x 1000w lights per for a total of 48,000 watts.  Also has triple the R value (insulation value) in the walls and ceiling to best preserve the climate indoors and any odor.  It has also been painted with 3 heavy coats of Killz premium mold and mildew resistant paint inside and the floors have 3 heavy coats of Epoxy.  There is only one entrance that is a brand new exterior steel double security door with anti-theft double deadbolt locking system.

Irrigation:
-The automated irrigation system and all water/nutrient holding tanks reside in the Small Building, which has been professionally customized and installed by Tighten Up LLC.  It consists of 1x 3000 gallon holding tank, 2x 1000 gallon tanks, and 2x 500 gallon tanks which are all plumbed through 3 Dab pumps and 8 brand new Dositrons which automatically mix the exact amount of whichever concentrated nutrients the business decides to use for each Flower room 1, Flower room 2, and 2 different mixes for the small Building/Veg (1 mix for vegging plants for the next F1 and 1 mix for vegging plants for the next F2).  We have enough Netafim and drippers for each flowering plant to have 2 drippers per plant, and there are 3 hose bibs in each F1, F2, and Veg to hand feed with a hose if needed.

Office:
This building has an office, DVR/security room, break room, Side room and bathroom with shower.  It has heat and a 3 ton AC, lots of outlets, great florescent lighting throughout, refrigerator, microwave, outdoor propane grill, hookups for stove and sink, desks, chairs, windows with shades and 2 entrances with steel exterior doors.

Security:
The security system, cameras and NVR’s are brand new from GW Security Company.  It has a total of 32 security cameras installed covering every angle inside each building and the entire exterior of the compound including the backyard and all surrounding streets.  The wires are hidden and run underground from DVR/Security room in the office to the Small building/veg, the into the Big Building/flower rooms and back into the DVR/security room that can be viewed on 3 monitors (1 for each building). All units have been upgraded with a total of 32 terabytes of storage in order to save up to 30 days of video recording for the 3 Network Video Recording devices that sit safely inside the DVR room, storage can also be saved on cloud storage.  Every camera is rated for the worst outdoor weather, 4k Ultra HD 3840×2160, High Video Efficiency, 2.8mm with built in microphone, 150ft color night vision, facial recognition, human and vehicle license plate recognition, 20x digital zoom, all hooked up to RX cam view for mobile viewing.
