The origins of this business began in 2015, first as a licensed medical grower. As the legislature permitted small growers to open up their own medical stores in 2018, we garnished one of the earliest town backed approvals from the Northport Planning Board to open a medical storefront, which became Grandfathered at that time, along with municipal approval. On September 9th, 2020, Sweet Relief Shop LLC was granted one of the first two recreational store permits in the state. Please visit our website to see the publicity we recieved. Now we have fully transitioned into recreational retail.
The Adult Use Dispensary License is held in LLC entity.
Sole proprietorship. Sole Member.
Offering: Acquisition of % of entity that owns license, hand over operations and with a long-term lease or sale of the property. I offer 75-100% of the license holding LLC entity for cash acquisition. The acquisition of the entity holding this license would simultaneously trigger a lease agreement for the property, if the acquisition is not a 100% takeover. I would like to structure a standard 10 year with two 5 year options on the property NNN (triple net).
Must show commitment to property, and protecting this company for the long term if there is not a complete buyout, including ownership of the property.
