We are looking for a Responsible, knowledgeable (in cannabis cultivation and legalities), Person/team, who is excited to grow here in Humboldt County, and to keep up to par with the requirements in order to stay licensed.

It is to be set up for the grow as I optimized my location as much as possible, as you will continue this process of setting it up the Cultivation Area, with an initial investment and the harvest itself. ( See the  photo section, there is a map of the proposed Mixed 9314 mixed light area) at this point, it is as it looks.

We have a Fertilizer shed with three open walls and a¬† half floor (set up over the entrance of¬† the original cultivation area, ) Which provides an area for pesticide/fertilizer/materials storage use and laboratory work (pH, ppm, with shelves and a small “desk area’, as well as a covered soil area that is very useful¬† to provide a covered entrance, shades the fertilizer/ tea tank as well.¬†We are 40 min from Garberville,¬† there is Remote Wifi availability¬† that can be installed,

We are asking only 30 %; as there is work infrastructure to be built. 120,000, during the year, 60,000 up front for yearly costs of licensing and fees, as well as a monthly payment during the year. This will be evaluated after each harvest.
