My name is Steve, I own an online Hemp products store and manufacturing start up business. And we are currently in search for a bigger location to scale our business.
Before we get any further, I would like to mention that I only have 6 months of financial history. Although my credit maybe okay, my personal tax returns will not give you much. This may be an alarm to some but we are proposing to pay 1 year up front for a 2-3 year contract. Hoping we could build some credit with the landlord.
Budget $4500 = $54,000 for one year (MAX)
We need a clean space
A/C warehouse
Sufficient electricity
One room dedicated to a washing sink
Office space around 500+ sqft
Warehouse being 2500+ sqft
