• Obtain vertical integration by acquiring retail manufacturing distribution nursery and DEA licenses on Long Valley Farm’s,12-acre property.

• Begin wholesale and retail sales from live rosin production with a manufacturing and retail licenses

Phase Two

• LVF Property Assets Development

1. Build-out IOT greenhouse

– (fungi and more biomass for live rosin production),

2. Build Tissue Culture Production Facility

    – (supply and sales of TC starter plantlets) and

3. Build an FDA Certified Research Lab

– (for personalized wellness products designed for the patient using genomic sequencing and the mutagenic database).

• Once IOT and lab space are operational implement SOP for the cultivation of medicinal fungi and botanical biomass. By this phase, we hope to have enough recognition and capital to offer personalized wellness products designed for the patient using genomic sequencing and the mutagenic database.

 • Start production of CBGa enhanced pharmaceutical drugs.
