The opportunity also provides on site Metric support, 24/7 surveillance, drive in garage bays for on & off loading.
Under a Management Service Agreement (“MSA’s”) a company could operate under an already licensed cannabis business, in order to expand in new markets, save costs on applying or purchasing their own license, etc. The new company that enters into a management service agreement will have to pay Management Fee’s such as an Initial Fee, Rent, etc. all depending on the scope, space required based on the companies needs.
