Exterior Description

There is a newly-built, 45,000 sf pre-engineered steel industrial building shell.  The building was developed for future cannabis cultivation. The building currently has windows, doors, overhead garage door, and a gutter system in place.  Utilities are on site.

Interior Description

The proposed build-out includes three vegetative rooms, twelve flower rooms, harvest, dry, and trim rooms, a mother room, a clone room, a water system room, and two vaults. There are two office areas, a larger office area with private office, open office, conference room, locker room, and  break  room,  and  another  smaller  office  area  with  a  small  private  office  and  open  area.  Another smaller break room and locker room are provided on the opposite side of the building, and there are six total restrooms.
