East Range: The East range is a heated 125,000 SF range, covered with glass. This area features a brand new (2017) installed 6″ buried water main providing fresh water for irrigation. This section is largely stocked with rolling benches and features both energy and shade curtains. Blackout, or light deprivation fabric is installed in select sections.

A significant portion of the facility is wired with grow lights. There are loading docks and grade height overhead doors for shipping and receiving. Heat is provided by twin, gas fired, cleaver brooks steam boilers, in an adjacent boiler room. Each 4-tunnels make up a separate greenhouse, and each greenhouse has a separate heating zone. Flood table Greenhouse. A separate 13,500 greenhouse is located in the center of the facility and is stocked with huge rolling flood tables. This section is covered with Poly film and is heated with the current steam loop. This section is connected to a 7000 SF workshop, with overhead doors and room for potting or production.

West range: The entire west range is gutter connected and covered with Poly film and glass. There is roughly 10,000 SF of office space, a break room, and over a dozen overhead doors, loading docks, truck docks and grade height docks. Warehouses are heated, and there are twin 150 KW diesel generators for redundant power backup.
