We’ve operated in this facility over the last 5 years with an OLCC Processor License. That licensed is being moved to a new location, so we have this facility available that is 100% OLCC Compliant & City Approved.

We operated the Processor License w/ a concentrate, medical and hemp endorsement, it’s not currently setup for an extract endorsement. 

Rent is $2,200 per month total = $1,100 per space

There are two separate spaces (mailing addresses) inside the same building. One of the spaces could be OLCC licensed while the other side is used for hemp, or you could combine the two spaces into one licensed facility (landlord is open to this option of combining into one space). – Our cooking/ production equipment like cook tops, pots, label machine, etc.

The landlord has been great to work with which can save you a lot of time and money in this industry! Landlord will likely want to sign 3 or 5 year lease with new tenant.

There are more buying options for an OLCC License that needs to be relocated. For an even lower cost, you could buy a license that’s pending in the que. This facility is ready to go and just needs a license attached to it.
