OLCC Tier Two License for sale

Hello,

I have an OLCC License up for sale and am looking for an eager buyer to take it over! I believe you can transfer this to fit your application for example indoor, mixed use or Tier 1/Tier 2 Outdoor, but it will be up to you to do your due diligence. 

I will assist in the application process if wanted as I’ve had experience and consulted with other farms as well.

A deposit will be required with the full amount due before the licensed is completely transferred.
