The outside walls are heavily insulated with 3+ inches of closed cells insulation and the inside walls with 2 inches closed cells foam. The walls are metal studs and plastic panels trusscore. Two 506 Quest Dehumidifiers and Two 5 tons AC units per room (All purchased new this year). Lights are controlled by Trolmaster Hydro-X Pro Control System (HCS-2).
Wi-fi and Security cameras inside and outside the building, 8′ Chain-link fence with 1′ barbwire. Two 40′ metal containers, one insulated with closed cells foam and the second is being used as storage. Pond on the property. CO2 system in all rooms and refill is once every 6 months.
