This 3,600 sf warehouse is currently rented to a successful edible maker that is moving to a larger location. It has a food-service room of 300 sf, 2 ADA compliant bathrooms, new AC unit for the whole building, 2 modular “clean room” food-service areas of 500 sf, and the rest of the space is open-air warehouse space with huge 18-26 foot ceilings. There is also an adjacent 2,200 sf side yard, but it is not accessible from the building, ie you must walk out onto the sidewalk and enter the yard from the street.
