This is Russ, owner/operator of Spanky Farms, close to the Grand Lake of the Cherokees in NE Oklahoma, some of the best fishing in the country. Thanks for your interest in the property and grow operation. Illness in the family has forced me to list this great property and business. We have an available approximately 17 acres, with ten acres already fenced with chain link, and the other 7 fenced in barbed wire. The grow includes: rural supply of water, with great flowing well water easily accessed. A commercial power supply for lighting and hvac and grow operation. There are three buildings onsite, one of them has been growing well for about two years. We had a successful sun grown crop this year with large plants and good production of high thc yield buds.
