We have a 18,000 sq. ft. facility with 30′ ceiling height with permitted plans for a facility with (4) 30′ x 80′ grow rooms, offices, security, Trim rooms, packaging rooms, break rooms, ADA complaint bathrooms… Ready to break ground and start building. All design /engineering / permitting completed. A 1600 480 Volt power upgrade is also designed and approved.  A temporary state annual cultivation licensed was procured , but has since lapsed. The city CUP and BOP have been approved for cultivation and a minor revision would be needed to add a micro license , Manufacturing, Distribution if required. A state micro business license application is in process and could be transferred.

 

Also, We also have the option for (2) adjacent 18k sq. ft. identical suites if additional square footage is needed. These (2) additional suites have approved CUP’s (Conditional Use Permits) for cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. We are open to any sort of arrangement. Investor, joint venture, sub lease…
