The two floor plan drawings represent only HALF (~7000 sq ft) of this, very secretive, West Oakland compound. I will let you in on the whole ~16,000k sq ft (10K sq ft footprint), at a fair % split with me, and I’m open to pretty much anything smart within
these walls. Extraction projects, clones and, high yield, organic cultivation
have all been successfully conducted here by me, with zero problems, over the
last 12 years.
I’m currently looking for a partner, or a tenant, for my already built-out 62
HID light, 250 LED bar, non-profit collective prop 215, and/or boutique
hemp(FYI, CBD is doing great lately!) grow space—with additional room/power
options for expansion. I am a third generation, Nor Cal cultivator with every
type of industry experience under my belt. At the least, you will be required to
pay your rent, as far in advance as you can, and always on time, because I have
a commitment to keep with the owner. NOTE: Chill owner doesn’t even have keys
and has not been inside for many years. He trusts us to look after his place.
Plus, he will also sell half, or the entire, space to me/my group, with an
owner carry loan, and good terms, for a fair price, when we are ready.
This listing is not the same as most because I don’t have a traditional
capitalistic attitude about this space. Long term, good vibes, and straight
forward actions, are the most important qualities a person can have here.
Con-artists, junkies, pushy thugs, cubbyhole “ghostship” groups, or
other annoying haters, will absolutely NOT be considered—you must be a straight
forward, “safety first”, stand-up person. I’ve been in Oakland for 25
years, I’m a very useful guy to know, and I have very little time to waste on
petty morons, or evil people. I may decide to bring you in on my many other
cannabis/hemp locations/projects if you work well with me here.
A half space rental (~7000 sq ft) at only $5k per month ($0.70 psf is a great
deal!) with a $5k security deposit ($10K move-in total, plus operating expenses
dependent on your/our plans) is the minimum upfront cost option I will consider—while
partnerships, and gear use/purchases, are separate conversations—Let’s meet-up
