There is a 5000 ft² finished cement slab suitable for another metal building possible indoor grow/dry rooms etc. In the past farm has consistently produced 2 harvest of 6,000 to 7,000 lbs. of product depending on chosen strains. In addition there are acres and acres of possible “Gorilla Grow” land available and there are a few 500 gallon transportable water tanks scattered throughout the property. There is large amount of lumber, PVC etc that would approximately build 50 greenhouses. Property has too many attributes to list and owner has $1.5 million in receipted improvement work. Owner presently has long-term renter at $300k per year with negotiable terms depending on buyers intentions. Property has been reduced from $1.5 mil. to $950k in effort to facilitate quick cash out sale. Owner is firm on this price and it is basically non-negotiable.. However money doesn’t TALK it SCREAMS!
