I’m in good standing. Always have passed OMMA inspection. We are moving into another state and have decided to sell just the license. Open to offers but would prefer to get what asking for.
You must meet Oklahoma laws as stated on the OMMA website. We have an attorney that can handle all paperwork for a low flat rate fee. We have been using him since 2019 and also sits on the OMMA board so is good to have for compliance and legal advice FYI.
this license is up for renewal 9/26/22 so the $2,500 license renewal and $500 ownership/ location change is on your end. I will deduct $500 out of the sale as good faith for buying it to cover the change of address or owner and change of trade name as we are trademarked and the trade name cane whatever DBA you want for your business. In Oklahoma the LLC name on a license does not have to remain the cultivation name.
This is just the license. The building we have is for sale, landlord is asking 600k but would take offers. It is in close proximity to a school, so I don’t know how much you would like dealing with being in city limits, but the license can stay here if you also need a building. No other license can be moved here since we are grandfathered into Oklahoma’s school distance rules that went in a few months ago. COAs have always been kept up to date and no OBN issues as well. All by the books in METRC.
