The final agreement will allow for various “buy out” periods or tranches, which will be agreed upon by both parties. This is a passive investment opportunity with no licensing or management rights. PROOF OF FUNDS  will be required before disclosing various material facts including location, licensee information and financials. The property is currently in final stages of the licensing process with the city of Palm Springs, all agreements are subject to the final and complete acquisition of the three (3) operational licenses (consumption lounge, dispensary, distribution). In the unlikely event that the City of Palm Springs does not issue all three (3) licenses to the subject property and licensee, all investment funds will be returned and the agreement shall be null and void.
