Opportunity Summary
An established, fully licensed 8,000 sq. ft. standard cannabis processing facility on Vancouver Island has significant extraction capacity available for activation.
Approximately half of the facility is configured for extraction, with existing isolate-capable extraction and processing equipment currently idle. We are seeking an experienced partner to activate this capacity for B2B cannabinoid production, including THCA isolate, distillate, concentrates and other cannabis ingredient supply.
This is an opportunity to access existing licensed infrastructure and processing capacity without building and licensing a new facility from the ground up.
Existing Infrastructure
The facility offers:
Health Canada Standard Processing Licence with extraction activities authorized
Approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of licensed processing space
Dedicated extraction area representing approximately half of the facility
Existing isolate-capable extraction and processing equipment
Established compliant cannabis processing operation
Active relationships within the BC regulated cannabis supply chain
Vancouver Island location with access to the Lower Mainland and BC transportation infrastructure
Equipment condition, configuration and recommissioning requirements can be discussed with qualified parties.
Ideal Partner
We are looking for a partner with an established or developing commercial plan for cannabinoid ingredients, including supply to beverage, edible, concentrate or other licensed cannabis manufacturers.
Ideally, the partner can contribute one or more of the following:
B2B Sales & Offtake
Existing customers, purchase demand or a clear route to market for cannabinoid ingredients.
Biomass Supply
Access to cannabis biomass suitable for extraction and refinement.
Project Funding & Facility Contribution
The partner is responsible for funding their own production program, including project-specific operating costs, materials and any equipment requirements, while contributing to the facility overhead and infrastructure required to support their operations.
Regulatory & Excise Support
We can support the regulatory, excise and product-ownership requirements needed to establish the proposed production model. Any licensing, regulatory, excise or other project-specific costs required to activate the partner’s program would be funded by the partner upfront.
Partnership Structure
The preferred model is a B2B processing/service relationship, with The House of Craft providing licensed facility infrastructure and processing capability while the partner drives the finished-product business and route to market.
