Our first product is a novel toothpaste with plans to expand the oral care line. The full coverage formula heals tooth enamel damage, reduces gum sensitivity, sulfate-free, bad breath, staining, is antibacterial, and more! There is growing research connecting cannabis use and sickness, goal is to reduce this occurrence. I have already made significant progress, including:
A prototype of toothpaste developed by an FDA-approved manufacturer.
A secured trade secret formula, evidenced by an NDA with the manufacturer and ownership of the formula. Including stannous fluoride and natural ingredients!
Relevant safety documentation (SDS sheets, Manufacture FDA Certificate).
A provisional patent for Cannabis Aftercare personal care products with patent lawyer ready to file full patent.
With plans to expand the oral care line to include (1-3 years post launch):
Mouthwash
Floss
AI electric toothbrushes
Oral care kits
I also plan to add to the entire Cannabis Aftercare product line such as hair care, skin care, laundry, hydration drinks, and more! The estimated timeline being within 4 years. The licensing deal can include terms for me to create more products. I love to innovate, but the goal is to license out the IP to a major brand.
Initial Market Validation:
A 4-week Google Ad campaign achieved an impressive 8.51% CTR with the goal of customer validation, demonstrating strong customer interest in our product line.
Cultivated a following of over 200 retail store following on Instagram, indicating early industry interest.
Video testimonial of cannabis consumer review of toothpaste formula, comparing to other products he uses.
License Revenue Strategy:
Upfront payment with 4%-7% royalty payments. Higher percentage based on increased unit sales.

Financial Projections:
15,000 units per month of SapFire Toothpaste x $8 per unit = $120,000 per month10,000 units is .80 per unit with current FDA approved manufacture, Cinoll Manufacturing.
At 30,000 units+ the tube can be recycled and it includes recyclable ink.
Projections are low to create realistic idea of gains, but with strategic marketing and the right licenser returns can be higher due to products being 100% cannabis free! The goal being to sell world-wide.
