I am a Montana native, born in Great Falls and have strong roots in several communities across the treasure state. For more than 15 years I have been involved in Montana’s Cannabis industry as an advocate, operator, and industry leader.
Today I specialize in cannabis business brokerage and real estate representation throughout Montana, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the sale and acquisition of licensed cannabis businesses and compliant properites.
In addition to my work in real estate I own and operate Alternative Wellness 406, a medical cannabis clinic that has served patients in over a dozen locations over the years. Our clinics have operated in communities including Kalispell, Missoula, Great Falls, Havre, Stevensville, Hamilton, Plains, Libby, Cutbank, Shelby, and Fort Belknap, giving me firsthand experience with both urban and rural cannabis markets.
I also serve as President of the Montana Cannabis Industry Association, where I work with large and small operators, regulators, and policymakers to support a strong and sustainable cannabis industry across the state.
This background allows me to bring a unique perspective to cannabis brokerage. I understand the regulatory environment, operational challanges, and market dynamics cannabis businesses face in MT, and I help clients evaluate opportunities beyond njust the real estate.
