AGRATECH:
This greenhouse is your key to cultivating crops with efficiency using sunlight, positive pressure air flow, and automation. Each room is equipped with 3x positive pressure jet fans and distribution socks automated with Link4 and Growlink integration.

Enjoy natural sunlight, while controlling exposure with automated internal thermal blackout curtains. Curtain control allows for maximum control over photo periods year-round, while decreasing operational costs.

The facility has 12 rooms. Eleven rooms include a full HPS light grid with 54x1000W ILUMINAR light fixtures. The twelfth room has CMH light fixtures, making it ideal as a veg or mom room.  Automation is independent for each room, and is currently connected with the Growlink® Application:

● Automated environmental controls
● Automated irrigation system

Each room has 6 easy glide rolling benches to maximize efficiency of harvesting and tending. Each bench is set with whips and emitters to feed 1100xplants per room. During the winter you can rely on the Modine heaters that run from a 10,000 gal propane tank. Each room is dehumidified by a 40L/Hr DryGair DG-12 unit.

METAL BUILDING
The 10,140 square foot metal building adjacent to AgraTech is a minimally developed shell ready for a build-to-suite integration. It currently contains the fully integrated irrigation system which pairs with an Anderson Fertigation Skid. The Fertigation Skid is run from a brand new Ingersoll Rand industrial air compressor. There are 5 x 1600 gallon batch tanks plumbed to a fertigation solenoid valve wall that controls the feeds to each bay precisely through the grow cycle. The utilization of microbes is available on site with a tea compost machine that produces emitter safe “tea”. Also onsite are two 10,000 gallon water storage tanks for Reverse Osmosis. Storage tanks are filled by EPRO by Newterra commercial R/O system.
