We have a commercial building located in Banks Oregon that has been leased for the last 7ish years to cannabis growers there was a indoor and outdoor license but for the last few year our previous tenant just did indoor. The building at least the flooring needs some updating. We are looking for a new tenant that can utilize the space and either bring there license or obtain one. Our previous tenant may be willing but not sure to sell/transfer his which is up here soon so I don’t believe he wants to pay to renew. We were in talks with a possible new tenant but it’s looking like we are not going to be able to make it work for the both of us and have chosen to move on and see if someone else would be interested in the space. There is some equipment and lights still in the space that can be used if wanted. Electricity was all upgraded. If you are interested in seeing the space please get in touch. I willing to provide more information but it would be best to come see the spaces in person as we did not do any of the building of the space and did not have any involvement in there business.
