supplied by a spring fed lake. 96 HPS lights, 2 large dehumidifiers and 12 split unt a/c’s. The
building is spray foam insulated with fireproof paint covering the insulation. 2-1500 gallon
storage tanks and 2 standing tea/feed tanks. Lots of fans, hoses and other things associated
will stay with the property.
The outdoor grow area is 150’X100’ Surrounded with 8’ tall 11 gauge chain link fence. Inside the
fenced area are 3 – 96’x24’ engineered metal structured double insulated greenhouses with
everything for light dep except the tarps and 3 – 24’x20 plant starter houses. The area has
electricity and water supplied from the spring fed lake. All the greenhouses have lights with
timers and lots of fans and roll up sides.
This property has always been organically grown and was clean green certified for the previous
3 years. The land is flat and does not have any rocks. All the land is very fertile with several
feet of topsoil. There is plenty of room for expansion(atleast 10 more greenhouses) and has
electric lines running through the property to provide any future electrical needs.
This property would be great for a couple or existing business that has license/distribution
figured out and wants to get out of the city and grow very cheaply. The property is fenced and
has plenty of room to grow food and have livestock. A very nice chicken coop stays with the
property.
The property is located on a dead end road. 15 minutes from Clayton, OK, 5 minutes from the
Choctaw capital, 3 hours from Dallas, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, hour and a half from Fort
Smith, AR and an hour from McAllister and Poteau OK. Clayton has a small choctaw grocery
store, a dollar general market, two great hardware stores and several small restaurants.
The area surrounding the property is absolutely beautiful. Lots of outdoor activities around the
area. Several beautiful lakes(Sardis and Clayton lake) and the Kiamichi River are within just a
few minutes drive from the house. A small mountain behind the house has a popular side x side
trail called the K trail. The entrance is close to the house and goes all the way to Mena, AR.
