what you’ll own
hiring, training, and managing the floor team to a clear standard
sales performance: merchandising, customer flow, conversion, upsell, aov
product + pricing strategy: assortment, promos, vendor relationships, terms
local growth + retention: loyalty, crm, community activations that drive repeat
weekly scorecards + accountability: sales, margin, labor %, conversion, repeat rate
the bar (non-negotiable)
we’re only speaking with operators who can prove they’ve performed at a high level.
you must have a demonstrable track record with specific outcomes you can explain and defend.
we will check references and verify:
your exact role and ownership of decisions
measurable results (revenue growth, margin lift, conversion/aov improvement, repeat rate, team performance)
structure
equity/profit participation tied to performance. optional capital participation if it fits.
