The license permits a licensee to cultivate up to 1000 square feet of canopy, and can be relocated anywhere in the state capable of meeting state and local zoning laws and passing state inspections. The tier can be increased annually at the time of renewal. The next tier up would allow for up to 2500 square feet of canopy.
